“To Better Waters are Patrick Allois, Paul Manos, Matt Susong, Joel Turner and Alex Warner. Formed four years ago from Charlotte band Ghost Town Revelry, To Better Waters have since taken their unique folk pop-rock sound across North Carolina.

Described as “My Morning Jacket meets Oasis,” the band has released 2 full length LP’s (Days of Ours & Hope In Spades) and one EP (Nights of Ours) since forming in 2014. These releases showcase the group’s ability to absorb different musical styles, eras, and inspirations in their writing and recording process.

In July 2018, the band decamped to a Harlem studio in New York to record a new EP with The Buddy Project’s Kieran Kelly (Sufjan Stevens, Better Than Ezra). The band emerged from the 20 hour recording sessions with the five songs that make up their upcoming EP, ‘You Are Here’.

To Better Waters is excited to release ‘You Are Here’ in the Summer of 2019 and look forward to touring in support of their latest release."
